Refund Policy

At The Ads Media, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital marketing services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The client must apply for a refund within 7 working days from the date of the service delivery or advice.

  • The service in question must not have been fully utilized, delivered, or consumed.

  • The request must include valid reasoning or dissatisfaction with a part of the service (as per the original agreement).


2. Working Day Calculation Example

If a client receives advice or service on 1st January (Monday) and applies for a refund on 3rd January (Wednesday), the refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of the refund request — in this case, by 12th January (Friday).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the request is made after 7 working days from the service delivery

  • If the service has already been fully delivered or executed

  • For any delays or performance issues caused by the client’s own inaction or lack of communication

  • For third-party service costs (e.g., ad spend on Google, Meta, or hosting/domain fees)


4. Refund Process

  • Clients must send an official refund request to info@theadsmedia.com

  • The request will be reviewed by our accounts and service team

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the specified timeline
