At The Ads Media, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital marketing services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

The client must apply for a refund within 7 working days from the date of the service delivery or advice.

The service in question must not have been fully utilized, delivered, or consumed.

The request must include valid reasoning or dissatisfaction with a part of the service (as per the original agreement).
2. Working Day Calculation Example
If a client receives advice or service on 1st January (Monday) and applies for a refund on 3rd January (Wednesday), the refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of the refund request — in this case, by 12th January (Friday).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If the request is made after 7 working days from the service delivery

If the service has already been fully delivered or executed

For any delays or performance issues caused by the client’s own inaction or lack of communication

For third-party service costs (e.g., ad spend on Google, Meta, or hosting/domain fees)

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the specified timeline
